2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made through our official representatives.
  • A booking is considered confirmed once acknowledged by our team.
  • Clients must provide correct personal details (Name, ID proof, Contact Information).

 


 

3. Travel Experience Commitment

  • We strive to deliver high-quality travel services including comfortable stays, reliable transport, and well-planned itineraries.
  • Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to ensure a hassle-free journey.

 


 

4. Travel Documents

  • Clients must carry valid identification (Aadhar Card / Passport / Visa as required).
  • The company is not responsible for issues due to missing or invalid documents.

 


 

5. Itinerary & Services

  • All services (hotels, transport, sightseeing) will be provided as per the confirmed itinerary.
  • Minor changes may occur due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or government regulations.

 


 

 

6. Changes & Modifications

  • Any changes requested by the client are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for modifications after confirmation.

 


 

7. Accommodation & Transport

  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings must be followed.
  • Room allocation depends on availability at the time of arrival.
  • Extra usage of transport beyond itinerary will be chargeable.

 


 

8. Code of Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respect local laws and cultures.
  • Misconduct may lead to cancellation of services without refund.

 


 

9. Liability

  • Jainam Tour & Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers.
  • We are not liable for delays, losses, accidents, or unforeseen issues during travel.
  • Clients are advised to take travel insurance for safety.

 


 

10. Force Majeure

  • The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or political situations.

 


 

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation must be informed through official communication.
  • Cancellation charges apply as follows:
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

 


 

 

 

12. Payment Policy

  • A minimum 30%–50% advance payment is required to secure the booking.
  • Remaining payment must be completed before the tour starts.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or approved methods.

 


 

 

13. Governing Law

  • Any disputes will be subject to local jurisdiction.

 


 

14. Acceptance of Terms
